How much is a flight to Venice?
Right now (Spring 2021), it looks like flights to Italy are about $700 - 950 roundtrip from the east coast. But you have a whole year to find an acceptable flight price. Best best is getting to New York City and going out of an NYC airport. If you need assistance with booking your flight, please let Kiki know, and she will try to help you find one.
What if I find a lower price on this cruise?
Our cruise price above is the refundable price. If you would like to explore different options on the price, let Kiki know. If you are willing, for example, to have a non-refundable option or an obstructed-view cabin, she can find you another rate for your cabin. Just let her know.
Should I book directly with Royal Caribbean or through a travel agent I know?
No. Kiki is the travel agent for this trip. You must book with the group to be with the group. You can get this booking started by filling out the form below. You will be contacted for your deposit. Your balance is not due until June of 2022.
Can I pay in Installments instead of waiting until July 2022?
Yes, you can set up monthly payments if you wish. Just let Kiki know how much you would like to pay each month. She can set it up.
How much is travel insurance and should I purchase it?
The price of this cruise is the refundable fare. If you need to cancel, you will be able to. Aside from that, travel insurance covers multiple things, like lost luggage, missed flights, etc. So insurance is still recommended. Royal Caribbean offers insurance for $99 - $169, depending on your cabin category. You can also book insurance through Kiki with Travel Guard.
Will we all be together the entire trip?
No. Kiki would like to celebrate her birthday on the first night of the cruise with dinner together and dancing later at the nightclub onboard. After that, you are FREE to experience the cruise and destinations on your own. She will let you know what excursions she is planning to do in case there are others that want to join in. Also, Friendship Mixers ladies will have two mixers while onboard. Otherwise, do you and have fun!
How late can I sign up for this trip?
You can sign up at any time, but please keep in mind that the price will change closer to the cruise date. You may end up paying a lot more than the price that is currently advertised if you do not get your deposit in now.
Are children/teens allowed?
Yes! The entire family can come. The more, the merrier. Please spread the word and give them this webpage to read.
Are there options to upgrade or add on to this trip?
Yes, contact Kiki and let her know what you would like to do. Some will probably want to stay in Venice an extra day or two!
Why October?
Even though Kiki's birthday is in July, the summer months in Europe are scorching and very crowded! We don't want to be in that crowd. October is much calmer, cooler weather (but not cold), and fewer people. It is also not as expensive! The rate we have is because it is off-season.
